Louis Bolaños, El Pase del Norte AGIF member passed away on Sunday, Sept. 16. Chapter Commander Carlos Rivera received word from Louis’ wife and informed us, “It is with a heavy heart that I share these sad news. Mrs. Bolaños informed me that Louis passed away. He had been struggling with an agressive cancer that finally took him away from us. Louis was our American GI Forum Sergeant At Arms.”
